[vtkusers] vtk4.0 build problem: TCL_LIBRARY

HI,all,
I am building vtk4.0 in my computer. I chose the option of 
VTK_WRAP_TCL. in cmake configuration. But the program said it 
cannot find tcl library and asked me to set variables TCL_LIBRARY 
and TK_LIBRARY. How to solve this problem?

Another problem: I want to build vtk4.0 in increamental and debug 
mode as in vtk3.2. How to set variables and build it?
