[vtkusers] Missing mil.h (mil.lib)?

Hi Changli,

In the CMakeCache.txt file, make sure that
VTK_USE_MATROX_IMAGING:BOOL=OFF
and the run cmake again.

The vtkMILVideoSource is an optional class that uses MIL (the
Matrox Imaging Library) for video input.  MIL does come with VTK,
it is a commercial product.
