[vtkusers] Identification of the pixels of an Image

Hi, vtk users,

I need help. Can you help me to find out, how can I access to the pixels of an Medicine 
Image. Then, I want to compare the values of the pixels (the intensity of the colour) 
of one image and the next image. 

I hope someone can help me!
