[vtkusers] Extra Panels

HI All

Doing a linear extrusion of a structural steel shape.  The shape extrudes
well but there are extra panels generated from the point of origin to the
extreme points on the shape.
Defined the shape clockwise and counter clock wise as well.  Still get the
extra panels.
Could the problem be that I am defining a concave rather than a convex
surface?
