[vtkusers] Vtk 4.0 and VHS

Hi,

As far as I know, the demo on VHS uses vtk 2.0 and some of the commands
doesn't work on VTK4.0 ..

If I will to use VTK 4.0 to read VHS raw CT images and generated 3D
images, which command should I used.

Vtkimagereader or vtkVolume16Reader
