[vtkusers] getting the output window of vtk4.0 on my frame?

hello;
i am using vtk4.0 under VC++ i want to ask about how can i put the output 
window of vtk on my designed frame? and how can overcome the problem of 
closing the vtk4.0 window that cause the closing of the whole exe file?
