[vtkusers] Extracting Volume Of Interest from Image Data

Hi,

vtkImageReader has a method SetVOI()

Set/get the data VOI. You can limit the reader to only read a subset of 
the data.

How would I do the same if I had a volume of vtkImageData and wanted to 
use/extract only a subset of the data?

I looked at vtkImageCut & Reslice but they don't seem to have what I 
need, unless I missed something.
