[vtkusers] vtk4 & cmake & external libraries

This is what I did:

FIND_LIBRARY(EFENCE_LIBRARY
    NAMES efence
    PATHS
        /usr/lib
        /usr/local/lib
        /usr/efence/lib
        /usr/share/efence/lib
    )
  FIND_PATH(EFENCE_INCLUDE_PATH
     efence.h
     /usr/include
     /usr/efence/include
     /usr/share/efence/inclde
    )

You get the picture.
