[vtkusers] Is vtkPanel in vtk4.0 a Swing Component ?

I questioned same topic two or three weeks ago.

The vtkPanel in vtk4.0 is not a Swing component (Light weight
component). It uses Canvas (AWT, heavy weight component).

Hi all,

My question is:
Is vtkPanel in vtk4.0 a Swing Component ?
I'm using vtk3.2 and wann switch to vtk4.0 if it uses only Swing
Components.
