There is no watershed algorithm in VTK. If you are looking for segmentation 
(including watershed), I suggest that you try out the open source ITK 
(Insight segmentation and registration ToolKit), developed for the the 
National Library of Medicine by a group of developers that include some VTK 
developers. Ross Whitaker of Utah is on the ITK development team, and he is 
known for his work on watershed algorithms. Go to http://www.itk.org for
