[vtkusers] Offscreen Rendering with Xvfb

Well, why would you want to use the vtkOffscreenRenderWindow at all
when you use Xvfb?  You simply use a vtkRenderWindow with Xvfb and it
_should_ work fine.  No need for the off screen rendering at all.
