[vtkusers] How to redirect debug output in Windows?

I'm using vtk with Java on a W2K machine. I'm getting some kind of error in
vtkTriangleFilter, but I can't tell what it is because the debugging
statements all whiz by on a debugging window, which closes when the Java
application is finished. How can I redirect the debug output to a file?
