[vtkusers] ERROR: In C:\martink\vtk40\VTK...

hi,

I executed the example,

http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/VTK/Examples/Annotation/Tcl/cubeAxes.tcl

By cutting the source code and pasting it directly into my vtk40 tcl 
prompt. I see this error from all the examples.

ERROR: In C:\martink\vtk40\VTK\IO\vtkBYUReader.cxx, line 111
vtkBYUReader (0x020C9DC8): Geometry file: C:\Program 
Files\TclPro1.4\vtk40\Wrapping\Tcl\vtkbase\..\..\..\..\VTKData/Data/teapot.g 
not found

ERROR: In C:\martink\vtk40\VTK\Graphics\vtkPolyDataNormals.cxx, line 111
vtkPolyDataNormals (0x020C7500): No data to generate normals for!

What do I need to install or configure?

Why do all errors report the format: "ERROR: In C:\martink\vtk40\VTK\"?
