I guess that you haven't set the PYTHON_LIBRARY variable in your
CMakeCache.txt to point to your Python library.  Just set it, run
cmake followed by make and your problem will disappear.  My setting
looks like this:

PYTHON_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=/usr/lib/libpython2.1.so
