[vtkusers] Re: how to create a torus ?

Hi,

last time I checked the vtkSuperquadric source, one could create a quite
regularly triangulated torus, but it wasn't quite obvious to me how a
specific parameter setting for the superquadric would equate to inner
and outer radius of a torus (which might be of interest, if one wants to
compare computed curvature values to those given by the analytical
formulae). Has this changed ? Is there some known relationship ?
