[vtkusers] VTK40 on Mac YellowDogLinux

If anyone is interested in VTK compiled with Tcl for YellowDogLinux on a Mac,
I can provide a tarball of my source tree and my CMakeCache.txt.  There were
some modifications necessary to get it to pass the compiler (arguments that
should have been const, etc).

For those who have been struggling with OSX 10.2.1, YDL plus these sources
might be a temporary work-around.
