[vtkusers] Question

Dear all,
I have some problems about vtk with python :
1. How to draw some dots or lines on an image ?
2. When using vtkRenderWindowInteractor, is it 
   possible to close the function of "rotate"(Button 1),   
   but still have "pan"(Button2),and "zoom"(Button3).
Please give me some ideas or examples.
