[vtkusers] Tool for simple Volume Rendering

Hi vtkUsers,

Sorry to ask you so many things today.
I would like to know if there is a tool to do simple volume rendering in 
VTK.
I know there is VolumePro, but is there an open-source code somewhere?
Like A tcl/python code with graphical user interface which handles any 
kind of vtkStructuredPoints, or more abstract data type.
