[vtkusers] vtkftgl.exe

Hello,

I have downloaded the nighty release of VTK (vtk40Core.exe, vtk40Tcl.exe)
for my Win-2000 machine.

The installation worked fine but when starting vtk.exe the software needs
vtkftgl.dll.
Indeed this file is not on my harddisk. Where can I find this dll ?
