[vtkusers] question about compiling vtk4.2 in Mac

I just downloaded the latest CVS version, and it looks like 
vtkDataArrayTemplate.h isn't getting properly installed on MacOS X:

The file vtkDataArrayTemplate.h is in VTK/Common, but it's not in 
/usr/local/vtk/include. Perhaps there's just a tweak needed to a 
CMakeLists file?
