[vtkusers] help : vtk with java in linux install problem

hi,all,
  I install vtk4.2 with java wrap on redhat linux,
ererything seems fine until I run the example.
when I run javac Cone.java,it ok,but when I 
run java Cone ,it comes withe java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError error,
I think there  may be something wrong in CLASSPATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH
setting ,and I refer to http://www.duke.edu/~iwd/howto/VTK-Linux-Java_HOWTO.html 
but I still can not resolve the problem.
 Could anyone help me ?
