hi,
  i am a new user of VTK. I have down loaded "vtk42-LatestRelease.exe" 
precompiled binaries for windows. I have tried solving example problems but i 
get the error message that included vtk files not found. If anyone could give 
me a detailed step by step process for builiding and executing the example 
problems, it would be greatly appreciated.
