[vtkusers] NameError: name 'vtkCubeAxesActor2D' is not defined

Hi all,

I've got the following message using the official release VTK 4.2.2 with python
(on Linux SuSE 7.3):

NameError: name 'vtkCubeAxesActor2D' is not defined

What's going wrong there? Could anyone help me please.
