[vtkusers] ANNOUNCE: vtkFlRenderWindowInteractor 0.9

Version 0.9 of the vtkFlRenderWindowInteractor is available from:
http://cpbotha.net/vtkFlRenderWindowInteractor.html

This fixes a serious(ish) bug where things would break if the enclosing
FLTK GUI was hidden and then shown again.  Thanks to Gwenael Guillard
for bringing this to my attention.
