[vtkusers] Erode/Dilate w/ user def'd structuring element

Hi All,
I need to erode/dilate a binary 3D image (vtkImageData) using
A. cube
B. 3D cross
as strcturing elements.

Any suggestions as to how I may do this is greatly appreciated.
