[vtkusers] Cmake for DevC++

Hi,

does anyone have an idea of how to adapt Cmake for DevC++ on windows?  I've
attached an example project file, project1.dev, which is just an ascii text
file with fields=values entries.  Would it be possible to have Cmake create
one of these instead of the MS VC++ or similar?

DevC++ is a free IDE for C++ with a ported gcc compiler and can interface
with cygwin.  See http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html
