[vtkusers] vtkPointLocator2D

Is this class still a part of VTK?

I recently built vtk  (4.2), but the libraries that were generated dont include
the objects for this class, nor was the include file copied over during installation.

Or is this a bug in the Makefile generation? Both the SGI and Linux builds - have
the same problem.
