[vtkusers] Missing vtkPlaneWidget and others under OS X

Dear all,

I have successfully compiled on OS X, but it seems certain .class files
and/or parts of vtk.jar are still missing. When compiling the samples in
wrapping/java, the compiler complains about missing "vtkPlaneWidget" and
some other "...Widget" classes.

Where could those be, if not in the bin/java directory and/or vtk.jar
itself? Could it be a version problem?
