[vtkusers] VTK on Python

Hello All,
       I get the following error when I run python applications on VTK.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "Cone5.py", line 10, in ?
    import vtk
ImportError: No module named vtk

I am using VTK 4.2 on Win NT. Can somebody help me.
