[vtkusers] 3D graphing using java-vtk

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with 3D graphin using 
vtk. I am awar there isnt a class to support this but was wondering if 
there was another way of reading from a data file with data of the 
following structure:
data id:
x value
y value
z value (possibly)
this is all contained in an array. I was to extract this data and create 
some kind of 3D graphic representation of it. Preferablly a 3D graph. 
but any other suggestions are welcome.
I will really appreciate it if anyone could assist me.
