[vtkusers] vtkBooleanStructuredPoints

Dear List,

I read about

   "vtkBooleanStructuredPoints"

at the 2nd. edition of "The Visualization Toolkit", page 105.    I couldn't 
find any documentation about it though. Neither could I find 
"vtkBooleanStructuredPoints.h" in VTK 4.0.

Does anyone know about it?
