[vtkusers] Get an StartEvent and EndEvent for camera rotation

Hi

I try to display an actor only when the camera is moved/rotated/... by
an user. I tried to add an observer to my camera but I only get an
ModifiedEvent.
- It wont halt to display an actor while the user interacts with the
camera.

Dose anyone can help me?

(I'm using vtk4.2.1
 Visual C++ 6.0)
