[vtkusers] VTK and MANAGED CODE!

Hi,

I doubt you can do like this, unless you are able to modify relevant source code and 
re-build VTK in managed mode, which is not a easy job, I think.

  well, I built vtk for .NET 2003 using the new CMake, now, I added my project to the Cmake project (my project is in Managed c++ Windows Forms project) now, I tried compiling it all together, but kept getting an unresolved external symbol, now I know its probably some path settings but, will vtk work with my project?
