[vtkusers] how can I configure the VTK with MPICH supported?

I have installed my MPICH-G2 in our laboratory cluster
and it can be used well. Now I prepare to install the
VTK 4.2 with MPI supported, but does someone can tell me some
details of how to change the makelist file?
