[vtkusers] vtkImageActor - changing display extent pb persists no more!

Hi Lisa,

finally!  I think the documentation is a bit
misleading and, if there are no objections, I 
would like to update doc entries for SetZSlice, 
SetDisplayExtent, GetWholeZMin GetWholeZMax...
