Hi Yang,
Thanks for ur help.

I just found the file in the following folder
C:\Program Files\Borland\CBuilder6\Include\Rw

Then added to the path to stdmutex.h the
vtkJavaUtil.cxx
and it work fine 

and the compilation is going on fine
