[vtkusers] Disbling observers of vtkImplicitPlaneWidget

Hello,
            I am using vtkImplicitPlaneWidget. But I do not want the
widget to listen to mouse events, rather I control the widget using the
verniers provided in my application. How can I remove all the observers
from the widget.
