[vtkusers] 3D Texture Mapping for VTK

Hi All,

I have begun developing 3D texture mapping for VTK.  It works!  But I 
simply do not have the time to bring the classes to the point where they 
can be integrated into VTK.  My hope is that someone has the time or 
need to properly integrate 3D texture mapping into VTK and is willing to 
continue development of these classes.
