[vtkusers] vtk Textbook example

Is the textbook example App2.java that is shown on page 407 available 
somewhere?  I'm having trouble getting a vtk java applet to run.  It 
complains about not being able to find the class vtkPanel but I can run 
the included java examples such as SimpleVTK.java.  I don't think it's a 
path problem (running rh 9 fyi) since everything else vtk/java related 
runs just fine.
