[vtkusers] vtkGridTransform explanation/examples?

Hi,
   I was trying to find examples and/or an explanation of vtkGridTransform
(other than the docs based on the code, ie. doxygen).  I don't see any
examples of use in the Examples directory.  Am I overlooking it?
I have the VTK User's Guide version 4.0.  It doesn't say anything
about the use of this class.
