[vtkusers] how to change raw file

dear vtkusers ,
    
    I want to change the raw file ,
    photoshop can open it          , it seem  that i have changed the raw file   use photoshop,
but when i save it ,and   use vtk to reconstruct it ,then find the isosurface 
have no change ,why?
