[vtkusers] MakeCurrent Problems with .NET

Well... I haven't found the time yet to test it myself...
So, just a thought here... Wouldn't it be enough to call
wglMakeCurrent(NULL, NULL) only in the CWnd::OnActivate()
function depending on the activation state ?
