[vtkusers] VtkQt library Updated (VtkQt 1.5)

I was looking in the source code.

Why are you derivate vtkQtRenderWindow from vtkXOpenGLRenderWindow?
This means, it is nor compatible with Win32?

I personaly prefer to use Linux, but our customer don't!
Did you test your code on different platforms????
