[vtkusers] VRML import

Another question.. about vtk and VRML
I need to import a VRML file which contains "Color per Vertex"
I know that currently the VRML importer does not handler per vertex coloring.. 
but if somebody has some ideas please e-mail me!!!
I'd like to finish my thesis sooner or later.....
