[vtkusers] how to get triangle lists from class vtkContourFilter ?

dear All:

I use vtkContourFilter to render the surface of my eyeball. 
I have a problem now. How can I get the triangle lists of surfaces? 
Should I use vtkMarchingCubes instead of vtkContourFilter  to get triangle lists?
