It is fairly complete, although it may require some attention in order to
function with the most recent version of VTK.

I have a copy on my hard drive of some C++ files from Matthew Hall and Dave
Pape of EVL in 1999.  They use some CAVELib and OpenGL to put together a VTK
visualization in the CAVE.  It's small and to the point.  They call it
vtk2cave.
