[vtkusers] ConnectivityFilter: list of connected points?

Hello,

I'm using vtkPolyDataConnectivityFilter to transform the list of contour
points given by ContourFilter into a real courbe, that is an ordered
list of connected points.

My problem is, how to extract the ouput of vtkPolyDataConnectivityFilter
to obtain the ordered list that I'm looking for?

I'm a beginner in VTK and your help will be very useful.
