[vtkusers] JPEG writer to a stream

Hi,
I am currently using a vtkJPEGWriter to save a viewer image
to a file as a JPEG. However, I would like to save it to a stream
instead to be able to manipulation the JPEG data. 
Any idea on how to do that?
