[vtkusers] latest change in vtkImageImport.h cause vtkITK build failed

hi,all
     I build CVS version of InsigntApplications/vtkITK against CVS version of
VTK.
it failed because the vtkImageImport changes its base class from vtkImageSource
to
vtkImageAlgorithm. How can this solve?
