[vtkusers] replace volumepro files

Hi together!

I will implement the VolumePro hardware in vtk. So I must rebuild it. But
must I REPLACE the following files on my pc?

- vli3.h
- vli3.lib
- vli3.dll

Because this files are already existing in the VolumePro Software. The only
different is the size of this files and the files I have downloaded from
vtk-support page.
